Born in Scottsdale, Arizona and raised in The Woodlands, Texas, Kyler Elrod is no stranger to luxury. It was in this setting that Kyler developed a passion for all things architecture and design. Upon moving to Austin, Texas, he decided to convert that passion into business, laying the foundation of a successful real estate career to soon follow.

During his first year with The Agency, Kyler worked as a mentee to one of Austin, Texas’ top Realtors. It was through this mentorship that Kyler quickly distinguished himself as a driven and talented individual, taking part in over $35 million in transaction history for 2023. Kyler continues to hone his skills through hands-on experience, specializing in everything from high-end hill country estates, to suburban single-family homes, investment projects, and more.

Pursuing a Bachelors in Business Economics from Texas State University, one of Kyler's strengths lies in his ability to educate clients about the economic factors that influence their real estate decisions. He empowers his clients with knowledge about market trends, economic indicators, and investment strategies, enabling them to make informed decisions that align with their real estate goals.

Along with his passion for real estate comes Kyler’s unrivaled love of cars. Whether it be attending a Formula 1 Grand Prix, going for a drive through the hill country, or enjoying a brisk Sunday morning at Cars & Coffee, Kyler continues to expand his network within the car community.
